Weilin Chang

Weilin Chang’s story is one of grit, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the power of reinvention. His journey began in China, at age six with the violin, where by fourth grade he was touring nationally. At eleven, he immigrated to the United States, excited for a new life yet facing the challenges of adapting to an unfamiliar culture and language.

 Despite early hardships—including being misunderstood and mocked in school—Weilin pushed forward, dedicating himself to his music with the hope of attending a prestigious arts school. But life took an unexpected turn when his parents decided against his music aspirations. Feeling trapped, Weilin chose a bold path of independence by joining the U.S. Army.

In the Army, Weilin embraced challenge as his constant companion, joining the elite ranks of the 82nd Airborne Division. At just 19, he was granted special permission to play violin at Carnegie Hall, realizing a dream that once he thought slipped away. But even after this achievement and the academic opportunity of West Point, Weilin realized his true calling lay beyond military service.

Returning to civilian life, Weilin pursued a degree in hospitality and worked with leading companies like Disney and MGM Grand. Despite success in a corporate environment, he found himself yearning for more—a drive that led him into the unpredictable world of entrepreneurship. The road was rough: his first business ventures drained his finances and tested his resilience. Yet, even in the toughest times, he held onto his dream of making a difference.

In 2018, he took over a small massage school. Inspired by its potential, he transformed it into YBMBLEX, bringing the training online to support others like him: individuals seeking to build fulfilling careers and create stable financial futures in the U.S. Through relentless self-education, particularly in real estate investment, Weilin expanded his skills, growing his network to include mentors and high-profile investors who helped him refine his strategies for success.
